Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. These terms apply to all commission work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
You must be at least 18 years of age.

⋄⋄Commission Process⋄⋄
You may inquire about commissions via email, direct message, or through my designated platform. Once we’ve discussed the commission details (e.g., character design, scene description, etc.), I will provide a quote.
Please provide clear and detailed references and instructions for the commission. This includes info on characters, poses, background, color palette, and any other important details. I also wouldn’t mind it if you sent me a small doodle of what you are looking for. That helps too and I promise I won’t judge.
In the case of references, if you need to type out descriptions for your character, please get straight to the point. As much as I love to hear about the journey and stuff about them, it doesn’t really help me understand what they physically look like.⋄──────────⋄Payments⋄──────────⋄
All payments must be paid up front. You will have 72 hours to pay the invoice before I cancel the order. Any payment over $100, we can work out a payment plan. There will be a non refundable fee of $50.
I accept payment through Kofi or Cashapp. USD only.⋄──────────⋄Rights and Usage⋄──────────⋄
Copyright: I retain the copyright to all artwork created, including the right to display, promote, or sell prints of the work unless otherwise agreed.
Usage Rights: Upon full payment, the Client receives a license to use the final artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., profile pictures, social media, personal printing). Commercial use (e.g., selling merchandise or using it for advertising) requires explicit, additional permission and may incur extra fees.
Credit: Clients must credit me as the artist whenever the artwork is used online or shared publicly (e.g., “Artwork by HexXye” or a link to my social media/portfolio).⋄──────────⋄Revisions⋄──────────⋄
I work by using W.I.Ps, sending them during each stage of the commission, and making any adjustments if needed. You are allowed to 3 major revisions during the sketch and line art phase of the commission. I do allow minor revisions such as a small color adjustment or adding/changing small details. Any major changes or new requests after the final approval may be subjected to additional fees. (This doesn’t apply to references or in-stream commissions) Once the commission is done there will be no further revisions.⋄────────⋄Timeline and Delivery⋄────────⋄
Please give me up to 5 months to finish a commission as I do have a life outside of commissions but might also just have a lot on my plate already. I will let you know if there’s any updates of any delays. If you would like a commission to be done by a certain date, please let me know when you send your inquiry. I do ask that you please allow me a week prior to the date and know that a fee of $20 will be added to the commission. Finished pieces can be sent through messages, discord or email if desired. No physical copies will be provided.⋄────────⋄Cancellations and Refunds⋄────────⋄
Cancellation by Client: If the Client wishes to cancel the commission after payment has been made, as long as I have not started the piece, you may get a full refund. If the artwork has been started, the Client will forfeit the deposit and may receive a partial refund depending on the progress made.
Cancellation by Artist: I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time due to personal reasons or failure of the Client to meet payment or communication requirements. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if no work has been started, or a partial refund will be given based on the progress made.
Refunds: Once the artwork is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.⋄─────⋄As the artist, I reserve the right to:⋄─────⋄
Post finished commissions and WIPs to my social media and use them for promotional purposes. (If you would like for me to refrain from posting your image in my galleries please state so. )
Turn down or cancel any commission, for any reason. Any harassment over my decision will result in being blacklisted and blocked
Use any sketches and poses rejected during the sketching phases of the commission, or from commissions that were refunded
Update my prices or the T.O.S at any time.

Any gender identities
All kinds of couples
All species (monster girl, furry, etc.)
Artistic, tasteful nudity
Romantic/sensual situations (Cuddling, kissing, etc.)
Any sexual preference (Gay, Straight, Bi, etc.)
Most body types (Other than the ones listed in the "I will not draw" section)
A wide range of fetish (Collared, bondage, cross dressing, etc. Certain situations may cost extra due to complexity.)
Both original and canon characters⋄──────────We will NOT draw:──────────⋄
Characters who are under 18 years old (or look under 18 years old) nude or in sexual situations.
Non-consensual sex.
Gore or explicit vore (a little blood, slightly gorey characters like zombies etc. are okay. I can’t do full gore like ripping heads) or Unsanitary bodily waste (scat, vomit, watersports, etc.)
Feral-on-Anthro and vice versa
Age-play or cub, Diaper and things of the sort is a no.
Inflated, extremely muscular, extreme Hyper, extremely obese or extremely pregnant characters (Not my style- there are plenty of artists out there that do this well that'd love your commission though!)
Cars, complex robots, motorcycles, detailed mecha, detailed armor, detailed guns. etc.⋄────I WILL DECLINE ANY COMMISSIONS DEPICTING:────⋄
Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
Violence or abuseIf you have any questions or even wonder if your commission idea somehow falls under any of these categories, please feel free to ask! Better to ask then to never ask at all.
